This workshop is designed to introduce you to the world of Olympic Weightlifting. Taking both the Snatch and Clean & Jerk to their fundamental basics, then building upon sound technique during a 5-hour practical workshop. Expect to leave with a thorough understanding of advanced weightlifting movement and vastly improved technique - maybe even a PB or two ;)
